One more day to the end of CB! Though there's still Phase 1 and all.... And we're also not allowed to return to office and for us case managers, we will be working from home indefinitely. With WFH, I have more time to learn new dishes and cook - this is something that I've always wanted to pick up and be better at. I also used to get very disgusted when I had to touch meat and I was very scared of oil splatters when stir-frying. Now I'm not disgusted by meat that's already fillet but if you ask me to handle a whole chicken, I still wouldn't dare touch... And now that I cook a lot more, I'm also getting used to the oil splatters and not so scared anymore. 

In this post, I would love to document some of the dishes that I cooked! :3

fried rice ver 1 | salad | mazesoba
prawn aglio olio | spicy stir-fry pork & stir-fry broccoli | fishball soup
rosti | mapo tofu | orange sangria
all-day breakfast | fried rice ver 2 | korean tofu soup
fried tofu thingy (disgusting lol) | home-made ban mian | tom yum soup
vegetable aglio olio | naeng myun (disgusting also lol) | gong bao chicken
fried rice ver 3 | 3 layer tea | stir-fry pork with peppers
home-made fries | stir-fry cucumber with egg | honey chicken

 
... and prolly more food to come :) Super proud of myself for getting better and more consistent with my fried rice. Just the flavour I like - more indonesian style with sweet black sauce and cut chilli padi.
